Philippe Paillart (Chairman)

Prior to his appointment with DBS, Paillart was chairman, president and CEO of Ford Motor Credit, and president of Ford Financial Services Group.

Wilson Chia

Wilson Chia is a highly seasoned banker with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he was the regional head of consumer banking for South East Asia with Standard Chartered Bank. Wilson joined Standard Chartered in a number of senior positions in cards, marketing & sales, distribution, product management, SME and premier banking. In 2004, he named as "Best Retail Banker of the Year 2003" by The Asian Banker.

Gai McGrath

McGrath is currently one of the council members for the State Library of New South Wales. With a career spanning three decades, McGrath has been a senior executive in the financial services sector, a senior risk and governance professional and lawyer. McGrath spent 12 years with the Westpac Group, where most recently, she was general manager, retail banking for Westpac’s retail business. McGrath previously held the positions at BT Financial Group where she was general manager for customer service and general manager for risk solutions.
